Negligence, omission, error &/or willful misconduct of third party logistics and/or transporters and/or carriers in handling, stowage and/or transportation of cargo.
Insolvency and/or financial default of the owner, managers, charterers or operators of the vessel as per Institute Clauses.
Insufficiency or unsuitability of packing or preparation of the subject matter insured for products packed as per original manufacturer’s international packaging standards.
